First of all, I want to thank you for allowing us to be residents at your community. Second, I want to state what is probably obvious to you; that Mr. Michael De Priest is an exceptional individual.

Since I moved to Texas four months ago it has been quite a challenge to find a place where luxury facilities, good location, reasonable prices, and an outstanding staff comes all together.

It is very difficult to trust sales people, but from the very first moment I entered Mr. De Priest's office his professionalism has been patent. Mr. De Priest's can do attitude, superb customer service skills, honesty and integrity have distinguished him all the time - we've been doing business. Every time I've been in need of guidance Mr. De Priest have been extremely helpful. He has demonstrated how knowledgeable he is in his career field. It is amazing how the motivated and dedicated attitude in the performance of his duties of a single individual can have so positive impact in a company's image.

There is no doubt that Mr. De Priest is an asset to your organization and we hope he continues to be. It has definitely been a win situation for us in our apartment hunting process.

I would like to take this moment to give credit where it is due. Too often people that do great work with integrity are over looked or just not praised enough. I have experienced moments in my life, when I had did a great job and nothing was said nor was I recognized. With that being said, I would like to commend the maintenance department at Kingston Villas for jobs well done.
Dave has been serving my unit for almost four years. He has been polite, genuinely interesting in helping me, and we have had numerous talks out in the driveway that were fun. Whenever I see Dave driving around in his cart, he will always wave with a smile. During the times he has served my unit, he was always respectful and clean, which is not usual for a maintenance man. Dave is an asset to Kingston Villas.
When I met Robert we hit it off right away. He has his own style, cool, joking but real. I love when he serves me beacuse I can count on a good laugh but importantly he gets the job done quickly. Robert gets straight to the point and doesn't linger around wasting your time. The first time Robert fixed something in my home he did it so fast I had to go look to see if he really did the job and low and behold, he did it! I can remember telling him, you are fast! He laughed and told me to have a good day. Robert also stops and chats with me and waves when he rolls by on his cart.
Another think I like about our maintenance team is that I had a work order and there was something I forgot to include, they will just fix whatever it was rather than tell me that I have to call it in. I appreciate the extra effort the men make to be of service.
Finally, I would like to commend the youngest and newest member of the team, Christian. I had the please of meeting Christian on a mainteance call for my home. He and my youngest daughter are horse lovers and I asked if she can come see the horses and he said yes, well you know that put him on our good side. The more important thing that I admire about Christian is his professionalism in the work he does. He is a young man yet he completes his work with care. I was amazed by him being a perfectionist and his cleanliness with so many young men losing their way in this life time. He did the job well and cleaned up everything and reapeated washing his hands to be assured he didn't touch anything with dirty hands. Even his presentation of himself says he is a very neat person. Christian, like the other men smiles and waves as he sees me in passing on the little car. Great job guys!

I wanted to send you guys a quick email about the great service I received earlier this week from someone on the maintenance team, Robert. Over the weekend, after hours, my air conditioning started to leak water from several different spots. I reported it during business hours and knew it would get taken care of, as always. When I got home from work on Monday, I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only was the leak taken care of, but that Robert had emptied the post that were catching water and put them in my kitchen. He also left a note on the service request form stating that he noticed my toilet seat was broken and had it replaced for me as well. I have always received great service from the maintenance staff and never had any complaints, but Robert truly went out of his way to provide excellent service. I appreciate everyone's hard work and wanted everyone to know it does not go unnoticed.
