The Flournoy executive team has many years of experience in developing, building and intensively managing multifamily real estate properties. The Chairman and CEO of the Company, John F. Flournoy, has over 45 years of experience in real estate. He currently serves both strategic roles and day-to-day operating roles at the Company. The other key company executives all have extensive real estate backgrounds, averaging over 25 years with Flournoy. The Company's executive management team is identified below:

John F. Flournoy
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Flournoy Companies

John F. Flournoy has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since founding the Company in 1967. He actively participates in strategic planning, providing operational oversight and maintaining relationships with capital sources. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Business School. He serves as a director of the W.C. Bradley Company and is on the advisory board of Columbus Bank and Trust Company. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, John served as a fighter pilot for five years active duty and four years with an active Marine Reserve fighter squadron.

Thomas H. Flournoy
President and Chief Operating Officer of Flournoy Development Company

Thomas H. Flournoy, President and Chief Operating Officer of Flournoy Development Company, has been with the Flournoy Companies since 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. Tom is responsible for the company's developments including site selection, design, construction, financing and disposition strategy. He has been integral to the development of over 135 apartment communities utilizing private and institutional equity, syndications, HUD financing, tax credit funding, as well as historic renovations, single family, condominium, and commercial developments. Tom is John F. Flournoy's brother.

J. Randolph Osborne
Executive Vice President of the Flournoy Companies, President and Chief Operating Officer of Flournoy Construction Company

J. Randolph Osborne has served in a leadership capacity for Flournoy Construction Company since 1978, beginning with the company as a Project Manager. As President of Flournoy Construction Company since 1995, Randy's primary responsibilities are to ensure profitable operations and to update and evaluate staffing requirements and the organizational structure of the company. In 2011 Randy was named Executive Vice President of The Flournoy Companies. He has directed the construction of more than 36,000 units in the past 38 years. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.

Paul L. Wieczorek
President and Chief Operating Officer of Flournoy Properties

Paul L. Wieczorek has been employed by the Company since 1985 and is a graduate of Columbus State University. He is responsible for maximizing net operating income of all properties, updating and evaluating staffing requirements, formulating and revising all company policies and procedures and developing and implementing all training programs. Additionally Paul reviews and approves operational budgets for all properties and the property management company.

John R. Akin, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Flournoy Companies

John Akin joined Flournoy Companies in 2012 as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Flournoy; he was a Senior Vice President at Carter where he led multi-family investment and development efforts on behalf of the Carter Funds. Before Carter, John was Senior Vice President of Development and Investments at Novare Group. In his real estate career, John has overseen the financing, development, and acquisition of over $1.5 billion worth of multi-family and mixed-use projects totaling more than 5,000 units. Previously, he worked as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young. John received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Duke University.

Jeremy W. Brewer
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Flournoy Companies

Prior to joining the Flournoy Companies in 2007, Jeremy represented corporate clients while practicing at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. He provides legal counsel to all Flournoy Companies, and also serves as Secretary to Flournoy Development Company's Advisory Group. Jeremy graduated from Denison University in Granville, OH and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.

Brady T. Blair
Senior Vice President of Flournoy Development Company

Brady Blair joined Flournoy Development Company in 1995. In addition to traditional Development Project Manager duties, Brady is responsible for site selection and procurement, product selection, oversees plan production and site due diligence primarily for the Company's Texas developments. He has performed duties as Development Project Manager for more than 30 apartment communities totaling over 9,000 units and $1 billion in value. Brady received a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ryan M. Foster
Vice President of Flournoy Development Company

Ryan Foster joined FDC in July, 2003. He completed his Bachelors of Landscape Architecture at Clemson University and then received his Masters of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas Arlington. Prior to joining FDC, Ryan worked for ORIX Capital Markets in Dallas, Texas, as a Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Analyst. During his time at FDC, Ryan has managed the development of more than $610 million in multifamily and mixed-use product totaling nearly 5,000 units. His responsibilities at FDC include a full range of tasks, including but not limited to, site selection, product selection, overseeing plan production, financing, asset management, and product disposition.

J. Blake Breimann
Vice President of Flournoy Development Company

J. Blake Breimann, Vice President of Development for Flournoy Development Company, has been with Flournoy Companies since 2008 and is responsible for the identification, underwriting, capitalization and execution of new development and investment opportunities. Breimann's experience includes the acquisition, disposition, finance and development of over $525 million worth of multifamily projects, totaling approximately 4,000 units across the Southeast, including high density and garden apartment properties as well as seniors housing and mixed use developments.

Prior to joining Flournoy, Breimann was a top producing commercial real estate broker specializing in land sales with a focus on multifamily site selection, investment sales and retail leasing with Colliers Keenan in Greenville, SC.

Breimann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from Carson-Newman College. He is also involved in the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Joel A. Mies
Senior Project Manager of Flournoy Development Company

Joel Mies joined Flournoy Development Company in 2015. Prior to joining the company, Joel was a Development Partner with Lane Company, Vice President at Colonial Properties, and Development Manager for Crescent Resources. He completed his Bachelors of Science from the University of Dayton and then received his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. Joel's responsibilities at FDC include site selection and procurement, product selection, financial analysis and site due diligence. He is based in Tampa and is responsible for the Company's developments in the State of Florida.

Rodney S. Dawson
Chief Accounting Officer of the Flournoy Companies

Rodney S. Dawson joined the Flournoy Companies in 1997 and is a graduate of Auburn University. He is responsible for cash and treasury functions, audits and tax compliance and financial reporting and forecasting as well as the day to day operations of the accounting department.
