Our main objectives for building additional communities are to have them completed within our alloted time frame, construct quality units that will perform with minimal defects for many years and to complete the development at or below the cost estimated in the investment return analysis. This project met all of our objectives. The property is currently 98% occupied, total cost was on track with the budget, and the outstanding quality construction is evident. In fact, we have just completed our 11 month warranty punch list and we had just a few items that we noted. During the prior 11 months we have had minimal warranty issues and they were all resolved in a quick professional manner to our complete satisfaction.
